If you are not satisfied with your flower bed or balcony arrangement, please contact Xexvalondrhlixin within 30 days of installation. We will work with you to address concerns and make reasonable adjustments to meet your expectations.
We guarantee the health of plants at the time of installation. If plants fail to establish within 90 days due to issues with plant quality or installation, Xexvalondrhlixin will replace them at no additional cost, subject to site conditions and maintenance practices.
Significant design changes requested after installation may incur additional charges. Minor adjustments and replacements due to plant failure are handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage clients to review design plans carefully before installation begins.
Given the nature of our services, refunds are not available after installation is complete. However, Xexvalondrhlixin is committed to ensuring client satisfaction through modifications, replacements, or adjustments as appropriate.
Projects may be cancelled before installation begins. Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed, including design consultation and material procurement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a scheduled project.
